Your name, email address and company name when you sign up; the websites, CMS tokens and Google Search Console and Analytics connections you add; the data those services return about your sites; and the content, decisions and settings created while you use Seenoria. Payment details are handled by Stripe and never stored by us.
Only to run the service for you: to analyse and change the sites you connect, to write and check content, to measure AI visibility, to report to you and the people you invite, and to bill you. We do not sell data and we do not use your clients' data to train models.
AI models from Anthropic and Google (Gemini), and when you connect them, OpenAI and Perplexity, receive the text needed for each task. Google supplies Search Console and Analytics data. DataForSEO supplies search-volume data. Stripe handles payments. Email is sent through our mail provider. Each processes data under its own terms.
Data is stored on servers in Canada operated by OVH, encrypted in transit. CMS tokens and application passwords are stored encrypted. A log of every change made to a site is kept for 30 days and then deleted permanently. When an account ends, its data is kept for 30 days and then deleted.
